About Dr. Somayeh Rahimian
Dr. Somayeh Rahimian is a management consultant, executive manager and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration and an MSc in Pure Mathematics.
Her professional background includes over 12 years of experience managing and implementing organizational improvement projects, as well as eight years in an executive leadership role at a 24-hour specialized dental clinic, where she oversaw operations, human resources, service quality, and organizational systems. She has also contributed to organizational development and management capacity-building projects for various multi-branch technical-engineering, laboratory, and inspection holding companies, healthcare organizations, and other businesses.
Her work spans business transformation, organizational structure, competency frameworks, performance management, knowledge management and coaching for managers. This combination allows her to work with both the human and operational sides of change.
